VINTAGE 2019 - NEW RELEASE FROM OUR CELLAR (November 2024)

This Cabernet Franc reveals powerful aromas of red berries (raspberry and blackberry) and violets evolving towards pepper and liquorice. The tannins, quite powerful for a Loire wine, are lightened by a small addition of Sauvignon Blanc making it easy to drink. These 45-year-old vines planted on schist add a touch of minerality/saltiness. After a few years, this 2019 vintage has a rare elegance.

🍾 Serving Temperature: 16 - 18° C.

🍽️ Pairing Suggestions: for aperitif like charcuterie, terrine, pâté and/or cheese board. Perfect for melted cheese dishes such as raclette. It also goes very well with white meats.
