A brilliant violet colour, with a vibrant nose of candied black fruit and fruity raspeberry. An intense and very smooth palate with spicy and balsamic notes. The melting tannins of this cuvée Hérisson (hedgehog) give it a superb silky, easy-drinking texture. This sulphur-free wine fermented first in stainless steel vats and then for 7 months in 750-litre amphora.
