Inebriati - Blanc de noir 2023 (France)

€23.00

This is a unique opportunity to drink Mourvèdre, a red grape variety rarely used to make white wine. In the south of France or in Spain (known as Monastrell), Mourvèdre is generally used to make reds and rosés.

The result is a very straight, elegant, light-bodied, mineral and saline wine, with plenty of freshness and notes of white flowers.
Another fine piece of work from one of our favourite winemakers in France, Victor Beau and his Domaine Inebriati.
