Elegant, timeless and refreshingly bitter: our Apéritif Naturel combines unfermented Chardonnay grapes from Rheinhessen, fresh verjus and macerates of grapefruit, peach, elderflower and bitter orange. All lovingly combined with a blend of Damiana herbal tea and a touch of organic cane sugar for a light sweetness. Inspired from a family recipe from the south of France, created by Berliners!
