Domaine de la Petite Sœur - Go Fast 2017 (France)
It’s like eating blackberries and raspberries while walking in a forest. Easy to drink, it "goes fast". You don’t like the label, me neither. My advice : hide it or carafe it and enjoy this juice from 2017. Allow the wine to air for an hour or so before drinking. More about this wine : it’s a one shot and unique wine. In 2017, frost destroyed 70% of the harvest. In order to limit the losses, Adrien de Mello called on one of his former mentors in the Rhône Valley. As a result, he was able to vinify Grenache and Cinsault, grape varieties found only in the south of France, in his cellar much further north.
