After harvesting the grapes from a 40 years old vineyard from a cooler part of Somló hill, an extinct volcano close to Balaton lake, the whole bunch of Welschriesling is pressed and then spent 11 months on lees in steel tank.
It gives a beautiful dry, mineral and juicy white wine, salty and herbal, creamy and complex.
